The Authentic Fights for His Dignity, While the Impostor Accepts Humiliation

A Critical Reading of a Dangerous Social Reality

Egypt today is in a state of alert, as it is in times of war, when the bells of warning and danger ring. What then of a catastrophe that shakes the very foundation of the Arab family and exposes the filth lurking in the darkness of souls? It is the story of a young man whose wife violated his sanctity in the marital home, at the hands of one who is supposed to be her protector.

The district of Al-Saff witnessed an incident that shook consciences, when a young man caught his father-in-law committing incest with his wife inside his apartment, so he immediately filed an official report of the incident. During the investigation, the husband stated that he woke up to see the tragedy with his own eyes in the living room, and the wife soon confessed to the incident, admitting that her father had been violating her since she was six years old, and that her mother had died of shock before her marriage.

Here we pose the question: Why did the girl marry in the first place? Was it not to cover up her forbidden, sinful, and impure relationship with her father? To continue that crime even after moving to the marital home, as we previously clarified in our article on "The Crime of Concealment." Imagine with me if the husband had turned a blind eye, accepted the degradation, remained silent, and covered up their relationship without reporting what he saw what would have become of the situation? The crime would have continued under the cover of a legitimate husband used merely as a facade! But she remained tied to that rope of filth.

The authentic woman, in whose veins nobility and honor flow, if an intruder entered seeking her sanctity, she would cut his jugular vein and defend her dignity until her last breath. But for a woman to accept committing lewdness in her husband's home this is moral deviation and an unforgivable crime. Even if the assault began in her childhood, once she reached maturity and became independent, she should have fought him, exposed him to near and far, to the media and the courts, to drag the criminal to justice and spread his image everywhere if the law did not do her justice not conceal him and make her unsuspecting husband a cover for the continuation of the shameful crime of incest!

Even more painful is when such a woman gives birth to children whom the husband claims as his own, while they are in fact the offspring of that aberrant, intrusive, sinful father her own father, hahaha.

So how can the law and society view this situation?

This is the vast difference between the authentic and the inauthentic: the authentic woman sacrifices her soul for her dignity, while the wicked and depraved accept shame in her husband's sanctity, as if lust cannot be stopped not because she is in need, but because she has chosen deviation.

Yet Egyptians are astonished by the occurrence of such incidents, as if they are unique specimens, while reality bears witness to similar crimes in Algeria, where one sees the rape victim protecting the rapist with her money and at the expense of her reputation, and in Morocco and Tunisia the crime only surfaces when the veil is lifted, or when an authentic person dares to expose it. Often, the fear of scandal is the cover that obscures these crimes. This husband was courageous in breaking the circle of silence by exposing the crime of incest; otherwise, his fate would have been to be disposed of so they could continue in their wickedness. Therefore, distancing oneself from this contaminated environment and from such women of no origin is salvation and an act of worship.

As for the justice system, merely sentencing to prison where the criminal eats, drinks, and sleeps is a trivialization of the gravity of major crimes. Secular systems have legislated prison sentences in which the murderer, rapist, aggressor, bribe-taker, and thief quickly spend years "a year or two" and then are released to repeat their crimes, underestimating the rights of the oppressed, their minds, and the feelings of society. Prison is a Pharaonic system innovated by the Pharaohs when they imprisoned Prophet Joseph. Prisons are a satanic system, while divine legislations prescribe decisive retribution and deterrent punishment that protects society from human devils, in accordance with His saying: "Whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land it is as if he had slain mankind entirely" (Quran 5:32). Execution for the adulterer with his mahrams, stoning for the married adulterer, flogging for the unmarried fornicator, and amputation of the hand for the thief.

As for these devils, they persist in their evil because the proper punishment does not reach them.

Fires, deliberately set, swept through lands and reserves from the east to the center and on to the west. Tongues of flame devoured thousands of hectares in blazing hotspots more than four thousand fires.

Where is the people who falsely claim to be descendants of martyrs and holy warriors? If those heroes were among you today, and fires had been set in their land, they would have burned every one who dared to touch this soil, because patriotism for them was a creed and a conviction.

The enormity of the catastrophe far exceeds material loss; it is a vegetation cover that sheltered millions of creatures and living beings that were annihilated without a tear shed proportionate to the magnitude of the disaster. Millions of creatures fell victim to the flames, and mere decades have not passed since the land was watered with the blood of liberation fighters. It is as if these fires are a test of this generation's attachment to its land and its devotion to it.

The real danger lies in the state of bewilderment and silence that grips society, as if the country has become open ground for anyone who wishes to corrupt it. Neglecting the vegetation cover is neglecting the lungs from which future generations breathe. If the citizen is indifferent to protecting his environment and land, and acquiesces to superficial solutions without demanding strict retribution from the perpetrators and those responsible, then he presents his homeland on a golden platter to those who lie in wait for it.

The great sacrifices made throughout history become imperiled when awareness of the magnitude of responsibility fades. Unless citizens regain that authentic spirit that drives a person to protect every inch with the same spirit with which the mujahideen expelled colonialism, this generation opens the doors of humiliation with its own hands. It is as if patriotism in the souls of Algerians has faded; otherwise, how could all these fires break out without them stirring?

Where is the popular initiative? Where is the decisive institutional response from the security apparatuses, the army, and the state? As if this land no longer means anything to anyone! Women have not cried out or raised their voices in demand, and the youth have not risen to repel the flames and avert the catastrophe; some only extinguished what approached their doorsteps or their street. No government has risen as it should, nor has any security system turned the world upside down to search every inch of land and hold the involved parties accountable with the severest punishment. It is as if the state, with its systems, has extinguished every spark of patriotism in the hearts of this people! Even if the entire country burned, it seems no one would intervene.

The number is staggering: four thousand fires! If all the world's fires were combined, they would pale before this inferno that devoured Algeria and consumed green and dry alike. They burned the entire vegetation cover, along with it a whole ecosystem containing millions of lives. Do you know what four thousand fire hotspots mean? How many birds perished in their nests? How many gazelles, creatures, and insects were incinerated? How many eggs turned to ash? Millions of creatures met their end!

Not even sixty years have passed since the end of colonialism, and its scars remain deep on bodies, soil, stones, and mountains. Yet, when fire was set to the country, so that the conspirators could see whether the land meant anything to its people, the result was that they were indifferent so the fire consumed thousands of hectares of North African forests.

Algeria today appears ready to fall back into the grip of colonialism anew; starting with women for women are the backbone and shield of society and extending to youth, children, and all segments of society. The land has become an open field: whoever wants to burn may come, and whoever wants corruption may do as they please! This people accepts the disasters that befall their land in silence and submission; thousands of hectares are destroyed without a single demonstration demanding retribution and deterrence! Nothing of the sort has happened, because the land, in this sad reality, no longer represents in their consciousness what it once did.

Imagine that you have a mother, and this mother is the homeland and you find her burning and moaning, yet you do not care, nor do you rush to extinguish her fire or rescue her. Does this not mean clear renunciation of her? And if a stranger comes to seize her, would the people receive him with pleasure, presenting the homeland to him on a golden platter and applauding him, as if he had relieved them of a heavy burden? Imagine such thinking reaching the consciousness of the Algerian individual.

Algeria today is in imminent danger, and the sacrifices of the great martyrs are swept away in the wind when awareness of the magnitude of national responsibility fades. Authenticity is a fierce defense of land and dignity until the very last breath, not merely a historical and geographical affiliation to the land. Whoever renounces his land has renounced the blood that watered it, and whoever renounces the blood of the martyrs has sold his conscience for the cheapest price.

O sons of revolutionaries and free people, where is your pride? Where are you in relation to the spirit of your fathers who liberated the soil with their own lives? The fire that consumes your forests today if you do not extinguish it with your own actions, it will consume your present and your future. So awaken before it is too late, and be like a sword upon the necks of the aggressors.

Arab peoples are not authentic, because authenticity is an ethical and humanitarian stance. The authentic person, if he does not move to defend his land and children out of love, moves for the sake of God; and if he does not do it for God, he does it for the sake of humanity and the sanctity of the soul; and if he does not do it for humanity, then he should not have brought them into existence in the first place.

Authenticity is lineage, honor, and an ethical and humanitarian stance manifested in action, not in words. This is true chivalry, and whoever possesses all these qualities is worthy of bearing the trust and responsibility for future generations.

As for acquiescence and watching homelands burn, or leaving generations to face their fate in silence this is a complete detachment from the meanings of authenticity and a clear abandonment of collective responsibility. The flaw lies in the Arab peoples, who are not authentic so they are bastards, and Israel was right when it used to taunt the Arabs and call them children of adultery, because the inauthentic bastard is the only one who leaves his country burning while he watches.

While a state of stillness prevails in Arab societies, we find other peoples turning even the slightest infringement on their children's future into a popular tide that imposes reform. What recently happened in India is clear evidence of the vitality of authentic peoples. The country was turned upside down against Prime Minister Modi, determined to topple him, and massive protests erupted demanding the removal of the corrupt Education Minister and accountability at the highest levels, following the scandal of the NEET-UG 2026 national medical entrance exam leak, which more than two million candidates take. This was one of the biggest educational crises in the country's history, when a teacher revealed a complete match between the official exam paper and a leaked file, prompting the authorities to launch an investigation that ended with the unprecedented cancellation of the exam in the country's history. Thousands of students took to the streets in New Delhi and various states demanding radical reforms and the Education Minister's resignation. The movement was organized digitally and on the ground through youth groups, most notably the "Cockroach Party," which transformed from a satirical movement into a national pressure group whose performance swept through the opposition and parliament until the government was forced to dismiss the Education Minister and pass a package of strict legal and legislative reforms to enhance exam security and tighten penalties for leak crimes, in addition to compensating the families of students who reportedly committed suicide under the psychological pressures caused by the crisis.

This is the image of the authentic people, who realize that their children's future is a red line, and that negligence in their rights is a betrayal of self and nation. They prove every day that authenticity is an act that shakes thrones and changes societies. So where are the Arabs from this spirit? And where are they from these principles?

When we turn to the reality of leaks, cheating, and abuses in many institutions of Arab peoples, we find that dealing with cheating in exams and competitions has become a market for bidding and intermediaries. Instead of uprooting the crime from its roots, many seek to adapt to it through bribery and favoritism, so that the undeserving takes the place of another and the rights of the diligent are lost before the eyes of society, which sees but does not move, hears but does not listen.

But how was the scene in India when educational integrity was touched?

Thousands of students poured into the streets to raise their voices loudly and speak their minds with clarity and courage. The issue of a leaked official exam became a matter of public opinion and a national dignity issue that brooks no compromise. For this reason, the movement extended beyond mere cancellation to culminate in the removal of the Education Minister and demands to hold the entire system accountable, exposing every one involved in this crime that shook the conscience of the Indian nation.

In the Arab and Algerian reality, what happens when an official causes harm to citizens? Instead of opening files of accountability and reckoning, we see the astonishing the corrupt official is promoted to ministerial office and rewarded rather than receiving the harshest punishment. Trust is given to him after he betrayed it, and the keys of sensitive facilities are placed in his hands after he corrupted what was under his responsibility. Look instead at India and what happened there: the popular movement stripped the Education Minister of his post, and demands continued for the overthrow of governments and comprehensive accountability. Here the authenticity of peoples and their living conscience is manifest; the Indian people categorically refused to let an exam leak incident pass unnoticed, and refused for a diligent student's right to be given to one undeserving through bribery or fraud. They proved that touching the dignity of one system is touching the dignity of the entire nation.

If four thousand fire hotspots had erupted in India's forests, with their sons imbued with that fervor and pride for which they are known would they have stood watching from behind air conditioners and closed curtains, or sleeping comfortably, saying "Praise be to God, perhaps He wanted to burn them, so He burned them like this"? Certainly not. They would have come out in armies of volunteers, demanded accountability for every negligent party, and turned those fires into a true pulse test of their loyalty, belonging, and patriotism.

When we turn to the Arab reality, we stand before a heart-wrenching scene of isolation and abandonment. When a person of truth, an opposition figure, a former official, or a public figure who calls for reform and the defense of people's rights whether a parliamentarian or an activist emerges, he rarely finds support. He is often left alone, singing outside the flock, without the street rallying around him or society showing solidarity with him. Rather, they watch him as he is dragged into the depths of prison or tortured, as if the cause does not concern them in the least.

Look at the popular surge in India: when the leaders of the student movement came forward to speak the truth, the people did not leave them alone in the heat of battle. The students declared their firm and clear stance: "If a single hair of his is touched while he speaks for us, we will leave nothing and spare no one, and we will burn India!" Thus, that solidarity became a protective fence for those who spoke in their name, and an impenetrable wall around anyone who dared to call for the arrest of their leaders.

Here the true power of the peoples' conscience emerges: "What harms the student harms everyone." They were supported and backed by intellectuals, merchants, artists, and all segments of society. They rallied around those who spoke truth, facing the machinery of oppression as one body, moving with one heart and one will. They surround him as worker bees surround their queen, and as ranks align behind their leader in times of hardship.

When some voices tried to belittle their movement and labeled the protesting youth as "cockroaches and parasites" to diminish their struggle, the youth movement led by activist Abhijit Debki turned this sarcastic label into a banner for civil resistance under the name "Cockroach Party." They announced to all that these "cockroaches," whom they had belittled, were capable of dismantling the pillars of corruption until truth prevailed, and that they were capable of shifting the balance despite all attempts to belittle and silence them. The students came out united to the streets, taking a firm and clear stance that combined peaceful means with strength, truth with determination.

In Arab societies, how many officials have come out with statements that deliberately insult citizens' dignity and belittle them! From phrases that demean people's intelligence, like mockeries of "bubbles," or the arrogance of the one who says "Starve your dog and he will follow you," or the claims of officials and politicians who even avoid treatment in national hospitals, pleading "not to crowd the citizens"! Provocative statements made in Algeria, Tunisia, or Morocco, and elsewhere in the Arab world so what is the reaction? Utter silence and astonishing capitulation, as if the people have accepted being abused without stirring. No protests that shake the earth, no demands for apologies, no popular movement that responds to anyone who dared to touch the citizen's sanctity.

Even worse, every activist or opposition figure like those reformers in Morocco who call for peaceful demonstrations and protest to defend rights instead of finding popular support, are met with accusations of treason and being foreign agents. People are warned against merely commenting or interacting with them for fear of being thrown into prisons!

Here lies the difference between the authentic Indian society that protects the voices of its freedom and considers them a red line, and Arab societies that have abandoned their authenticity and the speaking of truth, leaving the reformer to face his fate alone.

So where is the flaw in our reality?

Developing societies like India are often viewed as suffering from population density and overcrowding, with millions living in poverty and hardship in its streets, supposedly mired in chaos while Arab countries appear stable with residential and material well-being. But in the severe test, the difference in authenticity is revealed: while Arab societies drown in hypocrisy and individual fragmentation where each side pulls the rope for its own interest, those other peoples unite on one word of truth whenever their national dignity is touched!

The flaw lies in the hearts, in the sincerity of belonging and authenticity. "You think they are united, but their hearts are divided." They are like the Jews in this behavior they pretend unity while being divided, and show solidarity while being cowardly. By contrast, when a living people adheres to the truth, they come out for it as one inseparable block, even though the observer, seeing their great numbers, might think they will cause chaos but in reality, they are creating a new system based on dignity and justice.

Authentic Indian society carries this degree of truthfulness and a conscience pulsating with life, imposing itself as a global power. India today possesses the fourth strongest army in the world, and leads international groups in software technology, artificial intelligence, space sciences, and medical research making it one of the fastest-growing economies on earth. Contemplate this sad contrast: Arab peoples claim religiosity and affiliation to a noble message that commands good and forbids evil and unifies ranks but where is the effect of this religiosity in reality? Why does one word of truth not unite them? And why does wrongdoing not provoke them to change it? In India, despite the diversity of sects and denominations which number in the millions of groups and religions they united before the cause of dignity and humanity. They were sincere in what they believe in, whether they worship rats, or Buddha, or a cow while religion for others has become mere formal slogans devoid of sincerity and action.

The famous incident of the physiotherapy student in New Delhi is the perfect witness to this difference. When that young woman was subjected to a brutal, savage assault inside a bus, the Indian street erupted and the country burned with rage! Hundreds of thousands poured out in massive demonstrations demanding retribution, justice, and stricter penalties. The girl did not close her eyes; she demanded her right, that her honor and dignity be restored to her by any means. Her nation did not leave her alone the entire people stood as one man, demanding the restoration of her dignity and the shedding of the criminals' blood, until the government succumbed to historic popular pressure and passed strict legal reforms that ended with the execution of the perpetrators before the eyes of the world.

We return to the tragic Arab reality: what happens when a rape or assault occurs on a child or a woman? In many environments, instead of aiming arrows at the actual criminal, psychological and social pressure is applied to the victim! The victim is demanded to remain silent and renounce her right and they keep laughing at her, from the government to the people, and even the family itself. They fear the scandal and forgive the right, her dignity is trampled under the guise of "covering up." Then the victim is thrown away like a discarded dog. If we compare this to the Indian behavior in the famous incident, we would know the difference. If that student and her family had remained silent, the right would have been swept away into oblivion. But the street and all of India stood behind the one who raised her voice. Yes, in India and in every society, there are cases where crimes are concealed due to the cowardice of some families and their fear of scandal, but the golden rule there is that whoever has the courage to demand their right finds an entire people standing behind them.

In the crisis-ridden Arab reality, silence about injustice has become an inherited behavior! The person who was sexually assaulted in their childhood and submitted to it without finding anyone to vindicate them develops a kind of "psychological normalization with oppression." When they later see a courageous person screaming in the face of the perpetrator and demanding retribution, the impotence of the past is provoked within them, and they rush to mock and belittle them, saying in helpless language: "We were all raped, we all tasted the bitterness of having our honor stolen, and we remained silent the days passed. Who is this madman who demands justice and defends his right?" And so the tragedy repeats itself; the mother who remained silent about her right yesterday when she was raped pressures her daughter today to give up her right for a handful of money or a curtain of silence! This is the flaw that strips peoples of their noble authenticity and replaces it with hypocrisy and cowardice.

Here we recall the words of the scholar Abdel Hamid Ben Badis when he said:

"The people of Algeria are Muslim, and to Arabism they belong. Whoever says they have deviated from their origin, or says they are dead, has lied."

Ben Badis wanted to affirm that this people does not die and does not accept colonialism or humiliation, and that authenticity is the rejection of injustice and resistance to it. Today, whoever remains silent about injustice and submits to shame is the one who stabs this historical authenticity in the back!

Human experience has proven that the authentic honorable person, if subjected to the worst kinds of aggression and tyranny, finds no peace nor rest nor sleep until they restore their dignity and drag the sinful, corrupt criminal to the court of justice, revealing the details of the assault openly without fear and they will pursue the case and fight to the end. On the other side, those of depraved souls and fallen chivalry behave completely differently from the authentic honorable ones: they normalize with it and accept being violated more than that, they will share the bed and sit with those who assaulted their honor and dignity, eating and drinking with the criminals at the same table, as if nothing happened! The case is not raised, the right is not demanded, but rather a shameful silence prevails, revealing a complete detachment from the meanings of honor and pride.

By contrast, the authentic honorable person, whether man or woman, if wronged and the matter is beyond their strength in a moment of helplessness, does not sleep on injustice. They fight, they take to court, they expose the crime, and they take every path to pursue the oppressors, alive or dead. If they are powerless in this world, they raise their hands to the Judge of Heaven, the One, the Subduer.

This individual contrast is the same that reflects on the behavior of nations and governments. When forces of tyranny or occupation come to humiliate a people, or plunder its wealth, or when its own official tyrannizes it, you see societies that have lost the compass of authenticity accepting humiliation with fawning, smiling, and submission! By contrast, when any authority or overpowering force tries to touch the dignity of an authentic people, you find the street ablaze, voices rising, and the masses waging a fierce struggle defending their land and rights to the last breath. From this, through the solidity of stance and self-respect, the clear difference is revealed between an authentic people that preserves its dignity and land as it preserves its honor, and corrupt societies that have accepted concession and become accustomed to humiliation.

Thus, the distinction becomes clear between the free authentic people and the societies that have embraced servitude and submitted to humiliation. Servitude is a psychological state and a detachment from the meanings of honor and dignity. The person who does not know their origin or lacks moral and lineage support was historically exploited and enslaved because they lacked the clan and tribe that would defend and protect them. Therefore, the slave received injustice, and their honor and dignity became cheap in their eyes, because they believed deep down that they had nothing to defend so they accepted being merely a tool upon which goods were loaded without raising their head!

Look instead at the meaning of "authenticity and honor" in the history of the nation: how the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, came from the noblest house and most honorable lineage in Quraysh. Because known lineage and good origin bequeath to their possessor self-respect, a chivalry that refuses humiliation, and a magnanimity that drives them and their community to defend the truth until the very last breath. The authentic person, if their dignity is touched or they are wronged, the solidarity of truth rises behind them to support them and restore their right.

As for the enslaved souls, they are those who stand with the oppressor and fear confronting falsehood. The inauthentic woman may have her sanctity violated by four or five aggressors and not move or complain, because she sees her honor and dignity as worthless. While the woman of noble origin and proud in her people, if subjected to the slightest suspicion or word of harassment, would raise the heavens and not rest, and would take all legal and ethical paths to exact retribution from the aggressor because she knows her own worth and the value of her honor and her family's honor. These noble concepts are the fence of societies, and attempts to erase them and generalize injustice and silence will not succeed against the awareness of living peoples. We see in this world entire peoples rising up, overthrowing governments and ministries over the violation of a single girl's dignity proving that authenticity and freedom are the pulse that never dies.

What we observe today in the world's transformations is a historical division and an unprecedented sorting between truth and falsehood. After decades of mixing and deception, where falsehood was wrapped in a cloak of truth, matters today have become clear with no ambiguity. People of all backgrounds are now clearly distinguishing between the oppressor and the oppressed, between the authentic and those without honor.

Look at how masks have fallen. The Zionist entity, the usurper, which for many years tried to wear the cloak of "victim" and victimhood, has had its bloody reality witnessed by the entire world. Its lies no longer deceive anyone, and its propaganda no longer hides its crimes. The great powers, like America, which claimed to champion freedom and justice, have had their direct colonialism and terrorism exposed before the peoples without embellishment.

This sharp polarization and clear sorting were mentioned in prophecies and historical traditions in the comprehensive words of the Prophet, peace be upon him, who said: "Until people come to two camps: a camp of faith in which there is no hypocrisy, and a camp of hypocrisy in which there is no faith. When that happens, await the Dajjal from that day or the next."

Thus, we are in the hour of the end times, where the Imam does not appear except when a sign appears that truth is clear and falsehood is clear, the balance of truth placed in one scale and falsehood in another. This sign indicates that the Imam is among us, and this observed differentiation today, where the sword of truth divides the world into two clear camps, is the first stage of the great change. A stage followed by the steadfastness of the people of truth and their confrontation with falsehood, leading to the promised moral and historical victory. It is the greatest test, where the authentic proves their mettle, and the impostor is revealed by their actions. Whoever's heart is attached to truth will remain steadfast; whoever's heart is attached to the transient world will be exposed and disgraced.

Then comes the final stage, when the Hour comes and the matter is concluded the scroll of this world is folded, and each person receives their recompense. Here, divine justice is manifest, never failing, restoring rights to their owners, casting the oppressors into the lowest depths of Hell, and rewarding the authentic righteous with everlasting bliss.

So, O authentic one, stand firm in your truth, do not weaken in the face of falsehood for victory belongs to the truth, and the outcome to the righteous, and the divine laws never fail, and the true promise is assured to come.
