Slogan of fratricidal fighting and "Allah is the Greatest" in the Gulf War

A Geopolitical Reading into the Scene of Regional Escalation
It seems that the Middle East has decided once again to prove to the world that it is capable of entering war before learning how to produce medicine and food, and that it can mobilize armies, missiles, and aircraft before it can mobilize a single project that guarantees a secure future for its children. In the current scene, the confrontation between Saudi Arabia and the Houthis is escalating, and the circle of escalation is expanding to include regional calculations and new alliances, while everyone finds the time, money, weapons, and soldiers whenever the target is an Arab state or a fellow Muslim from the region.
Here, the question poses itself directly to you: How are you able to find all these weapons, time, and money when a Muslim starts striking a Muslim, while all these things disappear when Palestine is under bombardment?
Every time a new round of escalation begins, statements, speeches, and slogans come out, and the sound of Allah Akbar (God is the Greatest) rises, only for it to end in destroyed cities, children searching for water, families searching for medicine, and peoples paying the price for battles they did not choose. The tragedy is that the more capable you become of destroying one another, the more powerless you become to protect yourselves from the consequences of that destruction.
The Shia and the Sunni are parallel in malice, behavior, thought, actions, and audacity to what that woman does—the harlot who surrenders from the very beginning: a child whose innocence is violated so she resort to silence; a teenager who is assaulted so she stays quiet; and a woman who is raped and then asked, with utter brazenness, to take charge of beautifying the image of her rapist and cleaning his reputation, so she complies. Then he incites her to manipulate another man to obliterate facts and mislead people, so she agrees; he seduces her to betray that cuckold with him and commits adultery with her, so she covers it up; until when they produce a bastard together, she finds nothing in the matter that warrants embarrassment or objection.
Then he orders her to divorce after she finishes the paperwork and achieves his interest, so she signs; he seizes her money and time, so she does not complain and accepts; he makes her conceal the truth of the bastard, her brother, so she submits; then he practices the vice of pedophilia on him just as he did with her, so she does not panic; and he slanders her mind whenever she speaks of what he does, so she does not expose him, accepting the charge of madness to hide the loss of her honor because of him, and yields.
He convinces her that seeking help is not a solution, so she believes him, and that revealing his secret does not serve his interest, so she agrees. After he exhausted her body with fabricated psychological and sexual afflictions, she went on making excuses for him; and the scum, out of her stupidity, laughs with him while he winks at her in her presence, then he makes her wander until she meets her death, while she continues to justify him, as he stands above the ruin of her reputation, her religion, and her worldly life, mocking and ridiculing her dignity which he trampled under the foot of his whims.
So, who, I wonder, is the trash among the two? Is it not both together? The Shia rapist makes a fool of the Sunni aggressor, and the bastard is their Emirati son—a hidden ally—while the rightful Yemeni owner whose assault they fear has fled from them. Why then does the rapist cooperate with the aggressor? The answer: Because they are partners in vice.
When Gaza was bleeding, where were your Shia-Sunni alliances? Where was that Arab power that suddenly appears when it comes to an Arab-Arab conflict? Where were the armies, emergency meetings, threats, movements, and endless statements? Why are you able to form alliances when a Muslim shoots a Muslim, while the Palestinian cause often becomes a heavy diplomatic file, or a statement read and then ripped up?! The scene has become disgraceful; when the battle is between your own people, enthusiasm appears, but when the Palestinian land is the subject of conflict, the circle of silence and calculations expands.
God is greater than everyone, but why do they call upon Him while fighting among themselves? Why do these voices rise now while they were absent when fighting the Zionist occupier? The war with Israel is a legitimate and religious war above all else, because it is the aggressor seeking to forcibly strip the land of the Palestinians, with full international, American, and British support, and many Bedouin rulers know this. Why did weapons remain in their hiding places, and why were throats silent before, as if in the wastes of the Empty Quarter desert? Why do calls rise now? Why does Turkey now have weapons and time to attack? And the Emirates have an army and agents? And Saudi Arabia has an army and time to fight? Before, excuses were put forward: lack of personnel, time, money, equipment, or absence of permission. Why is all this suddenly available now?
And imagine if history decided to imitate your conflicts in a realistic way,
Have you ever heard throughout history of a Jewish state striking another Jewish state? Have you heard of a Jewish tribe calling upon the name of its prophet and drawing a weapon in the face of another Jew, with one crying out "O Moses!" and the other answering him likewise "O Moses," then exchanging missiles until ammunition runs out? Absolutely not. Have you heard of a Jew carrying the Torah, another carrying the Kabbalah, another carrying the Talmud, and another carrying the Zohar—owners of about fifty or seventy holy books—each holding his book and claiming absolute truth to strike with it the owner of the other book and his belief, so they fight one another? While the whole world stands by and sees that they are the only united nation.
An absurd scene, isn't it?
But you have become accustomed to turning religious, sectarian, and political differences into an open match with weapons.
So say to Israel: Why don't you fight among yourselves first? Why don't you destroy your cities, your economy, your trade, and your institutions with your own hands, and then leave to the Arabs the task of watching the ruin?! Would anyone accept this logic? Of course not. Because a state that knows the value of its existence does not treat its structure and its people as fuel for the battles of others. Why then do you want your peoples to accept what no self-respecting state accepts?
Therefore, the question is not only: Why are you fighting? Rather, why are you able to fight now so easily? How has launching a missile become easier than building a hospital? How has buying a weapon become faster than establishing a medicine factory? And how have imports of food, seeds, and equipment become normal, while talking about industrial and food independence has become like an impossible project? You possess wealth, location, energy, labor, and markets, yet you sometimes act as if you are the poorest people in the world in the ability to build an independent system for life.
The biggest dilemma is that you possess enough wealth to build cities, factories, universities, research centers, shelters, transport, water, and energy networks, yet you spend huge sums of money on tools of war, only to discover at the first crisis that a child has no shelter, a farmer has no independent seed, a patient waits for imported medicine, the state searches for spare parts from abroad, and the economy trembles if the price of energy changes or navigation lanes are closed.
Then comes the Strait of Hormuz, that maritime passage that can turn the entire region into an economic leverage point in a single moment. You know the importance of this strait, and you know that any disruption in it is not reflected on ships alone, but on energy, trade, prices, and supply chains in the whole world. Nevertheless, the question remains: What have you prepared for the day navigation is disrupted? Where is the strategic reserve? Where are the alternatives? Where are the transport networks that allow food, medicine, and energy to continue? Or does the plan start after the disaster occurs, and then committees meet to discover that the disaster has indeed occurred?
What is more dangerous is that you are turning the region into an open theater of sectarian conflict, as if history taught you nothing. It is enough for one party to raise a sectarian slogan for the other party to come out with a counter-slogan, then the neighbor turns into an enemy, the mosque into a mobilization platform, the sect into a political identity, and the political identity into a rifle. In the end, the Arab dies because he is an Arab, or because he is Sunni, or Shia, or Muslim, while the real Israeli beneficiary remains outside the circle of fire, watching the erosion of the region as it performs the task on his behalf.
People naturally will find a way out in compliance; their ancestors who once worshipped idols—it is not strange for their children today to follow in their footsteps. They are psychologically ready to abandon the Kaaba and religion altogether; they were nothing but hypocrites. Here they are, when traveling to Europe, abandoning their religion completely, leaving fasting, the hijab, and prayer, as if God does not exist in Western countries.
On the land of the Arabs live nearly a billion people, successive generations born there, on land inherited generation after generation. Hence, the question arises: What have governments accomplished or provided for the future of these subjects? What has been prepared for them? Are you handing them over to Israel? These Zionists are part of a broader regional project, and their settlement of that land is temporary. They will take it, build it up, and then leave it. Israel was placed as a Zionist military base there as part of future arrangements serving international and regional powers and political elites, chief among them the Dajjal (Antichrist).
Gaza presented a harsh model of what happens when war turns into a means to destroy the very conditions of life. A house is not just walls, a hospital is not just a building, and a school is not just classrooms; they are the memory and continuity of society. When homes are demolished, you do not just lose stones, but you lose the memory of a family. When a school is destroyed, you do not lose just a blackboard, but you lose a year from a child's life. And when water, power, and medicine are cut off, services do not just stop; rather, society itself begins to lose its ability to continue.
When global media looks at the scene of the children of Arabs amid these dysfunctional wars and crises, it appears as a play in which scattered generations suffer in a vast, desolate desert, lacking the landmarks that lead them toward the future. How will these outcasts live during the coming years and decades? What resources, institutions, and secure borders will they rely on?
In countries preparing for war, there are emergency plans, shelters, warehouses, warning networks, evacuation plans, command centers, and civil protection institutions. As for you, in many cases it seems that the citizen is the last to enter the calculations of war, even though he is the first to pay its price. A shell falls, and the child looks for a place to hide, finding nothing but a dilapidated wall or his father's hand. Was the state's mission only to buy weapons? Or was it also supposed to build the place that protects the child from weapons?
Here the question reaches the core of the tragedy: What have you left for the next generation? If you leave them a destroyed land, scarce water, imported food, imported medicine, a burdened economy, demolished cities, and divided societies, what remains of the meaning of independence? Is it enough to tell your children that you were a great nation, while in reality they find no factory, farm, university, infrastructure, or institutions capable of protecting them?
Then comes the economic paradox. You possess oil, gas, ports, minerals, agricultural land, and markets, yet your vital sectors rely on the outside. If war breaks out, weakness appears all at once: food is affected, medicine is affected, trade is affected, energy is affected, transport is affected, and prices rise. As if you suddenly discovered that a state that does not produce its basic needs cannot be independent no matter its financial balance.
In the matter of agriculture, seeds should not be viewed as a small detail. The seed is the beginning of the entire food chain. Some types of hybrid seeds do not retain their productive traits in the same way in the next generation, so farmers in some agricultural systems are forced to purchase seeds anew. Hence, preserving local seeds and agricultural genetic resources becomes a matter of national security, not merely an affair concerning the farmer. How do you expect to achieve food security when you do not even guarantee the first base of production?
Does it make sense for there to be countries that do not produce enough of their own medicine? Does it make sense for vast societies to rely on importing food, agricultural equipment, machinery, and even some water and energy sources, and then enter into long wars that drain what they have? More than fifty Arab and Islamic countries, with the resources, markets, and human capital they possess, could theoretically build integrated production systems, yet the gap remains wide between the wealth the region possesses and what it actually produces in terms of independence.
Accordingly, the most important geopolitical question appears: Who benefits from a region that drains itself? When factories stop, agriculture declines, trade collapses, and the state needs to rebuild its cities, money will flow to foreign companies and institutions. When currency weakens and debt increases, economic decisions become more tied to creditors. When infrastructure is demolished, building itself becomes a new market for whoever possesses money and technology. Consequently, war can turn from a military battle into a redistribution of wealth and influence.
In the midst of this ruin, there remains a file no less dangerous than weapons: women, children, and the family. Because a society that loses its family security loses its ability to produce a stable generation. A child who grows up amid bombardment, displacement, and hunger does not carry the scars of war on his body alone; he carries them in his memory, his education, and his trust in the future. Therefore, children are the deferred account of every war. Shells may stop today, but their effects may continue for a whole generation.
If Arab governments truly love their peoples, the first test of love is not rhetoric, but protection. Protect the child, protect the hospital, protect the school, protect the farm, protect the factory, protect water, protect food, protect antiquities, and then talk about power. Because a state that possesses a missile but does not possess a shelter for its child needs to redefine the concept of power.
As for the talk about demolishing the Kaaba circulated by some political and religious discourse, these are unproven events without evidence. But the deeper idea: What happens to identity when society loses its landmarks? What happens to memory when antiquities disappear? And what remains for generations when they find no physical witness to the existence of their fathers and grandfathers?
Greater Israel, over past decades, worked to consolidate a historical, religious, and institutional narrative linked to the land, while Arab and Islamic landmarks in the region, due to wars, conflicts, neglect, and political shifts, face destruction or alteration. Here the truth appears: one party works to fix its narrative in the land, while another party can lose its narrative due to its inability to protect the witnesses that carry it.
Has a curse fallen from above seven heavens so that the Arabs have reached this extent of fragmentation?! Their children are without a clear future, their lands are entering conflicts, their wealth is subject to depletion, their national dignity is shaken, and then you return to fight one another as if the only problem in the region is the neighbor Yemen carrying a different banner!
Say to Israel first: Fight among yourselves, and if we see you destroying yourselves with your own hands, then you can ask others to do the same! Say to America, Russia, China, and the rest of the major powers: Why don't you destroy your economy, cities, and factories and then ask the Arabs to do what you didn't do?! But you know that states that respect their survival do not act this way. So why do you act as if self-destruction is heroism?
The world does not need an external enemy when a society becomes ready to destroy itself from within. A war that begins with a shell may end with the sale of land; a war that begins with a sectarian slogan may end with changing the map; and a war that begins with defending dignity may end with a people searching for a tent, water, and medicine. When the state falls, history does not ask about the slogans it raised, but asks: What remained of it?
Here arises the issue of historical memory. How does a historian know that a people lived in a place? He knows from their relics: from their agriculture, cities, dams, wells, factories, inscriptions, manuscripts, temples, mosques, graves, trade routes, water systems, arts, language, and material heritage. It is not enough to say: We were here. Something must remain to say that on your behalf.
If a full century passes and a historian comes searching in this era, he will find traces of states that built, recorded, preserved, and archived, and he will find it harder to trace societies that destroyed their structure, displaced their children, changed the names of their places, and lost their records and antiquities. History has no mercy for emptiness; when evidence disappears, others fill the void with their narratives.
That is why protecting religious and historical landmarks is not merely an emotional matter. The Kaaba, the Prophet's Mosque, historical mosques, graves, landmarks, and antiquities are not just stones to collective memory; they are witnesses to a long history.
If landmarks face effacement, neglect, or destruction, the loss does not fall on a single generation, but extends to generations that will one day search for traces of those who preceded them.
You live today in a world where nothing remains of many ancient civilizations except scattered names, sites, and ruins. Atlantis, regardless of the reality of its historical existence which available archaeological evidence does not prove as a specific civilization as legends describe has become a famous example of how a civilization can live in memory while its material substance disappears from before the eyes. Thus, a people can also turn into a mere name in a book if they lose their land, relics, institutions, and memory.
Suppose you built an established civilization the size of China. How many shells do you need to demolish it? You will bomb, shells will run out, and civilization will remain; because civilization is not a single building. It is a vast network of cities, factories, universities, roads, farms, dams, institutions, and people. As for a society that possesses nothing but fragile buildings, limited infrastructure, and weak institutions, it may collapse much faster. That is why investing in infrastructure is not a luxury, but a defense of existence.
Even if your buildings were fragile, you could have had a civil defense system that makes destroying society harder. Look at small or poor countries that maintained a military or civil deterrence capability that made attacking them more costly. You can disagree with their political regimes, but the lesson in the concept of deterrence is clear: whoever possesses the ability to protect himself makes the calculations of others more complex.
As for the Arab child, his image sums up the entire tragedy: a shell descends from the sky, so he raises his hand to cover his face! Not because he possesses defense, nor because he possesses a shelter, but because he possesses nothing but his hand. Where was his father? Where was the state? Where was the institution that was supposed to say to him: If war starts, go to such-and-such place?!
Look at countries like Sweden, France, Germany, and Britain, where civil defense systems, shelters, emergency plans exist in varying degrees. That does not mean those countries are immune to war, but they realized that protecting a civilian is no less important than protecting a soldier. Were you unable to build a shelter?! Even in the Middle Ages, man knew trenches, fortifications, and hideouts. If you could not manufacture the latest defense system, were you unable to dig a trench or build a fortified room to protect a child from a shell?!
Thus the matter returns to its beginning: You do not suffer only from a shortage of weapons, but from a shortage of the philosophy of survival. Weapons alone do not make a state, money alone does not make a state, and slogans alone do not make a state. A state is one that can provide food when borders close, water when resources dry up, medicine when trade stops, energy when ports stall, shelter when shells fall, deterrence when the enemy threatens, education when schools collapse, and memory when history tries to swallow it.
What is more dangerous is that you may enter war thinking you are protecting the land, then emerge from it having lost both the land and the human being together. You drain men, destroy cities, close factories, stop agriculture, lose trade, and then others come to rebuild on their terms, so the one who defended the land becomes unable to hold its decision after the war.
The Palestinian cause was supposed to be a model for the unity of Arab will, yet it often turned into a mirror exposing Arab division. Whenever a new war ignites in the region, the same question is raised again: Have you learned anything from previous wars? Was Iraq not enough? Was Syria not enough? Was Libya not enough? Was Yemen not enough? Was Lebanon not enough? And Gaza, with all the tragedy it carried, was it not enough for you to understand that war does not end when firing stops, but rather another war begins after it called rebuilding human beings and the state?
The most dangerous thing about war is that it makes human beings accustomed to death. In the beginning, the child fears the sound of a shell, then the sound becomes part of his day. In the beginning, the family fears displacement, then displacement becomes a habit. In the beginning, people search for food, then they search for anything resembling food. In the end, survival itself becomes an achievement. At that point, Israel in war has won even before you know who won the battle.
Children are the deferred account of every war. They are the ones who will carry ruin into the future if they do not carry with them a school, a book, a safe house, and a stable memory. Therefore, destroying a child is not only killing or injuring him; it can also be destroying his future. A child who loses education today may tomorrow become part of a cycle of poverty and violence; a child who loses a home may grow up searching for a homeland; and a child who loses his family may carry a wound that no peace agreement can heal.
If war is going to leave them rubble, what will you leave for them?! Will you leave them factories? Or hospitals? Or farms? Or schools? Or shelters? Or documented history? Or merely old photos and orphaned memories? Do you want a generation after you to come looking for you and find nothing but names in history books?
As for the Arab continuing to scream Allah Akbar while aiming a weapon at his brother, this is the issue that deserves the mind to pause at length. Allah Akbar belongs neither to a sect, nor to a front, nor to an army, and it should not turn into an opening word for a battle between members of the same nation. If God is greater, let Him first be greater than anger, greater than sectarianism, greater than revenge, greater than greed, and greater than human desire to destroy his brother.
Weapons are pointed at the heads of women; if she makes a single move, she is shot with bullets or struck with fire. And why women in particular? Because they think of nothing but lust; if lust were directed toward something other than women, they would have left them alone and aimed the barrels of their rifles toward what they desire. Wherever lust is found, their worn-out rifles are aimed.
The problem is not that you do not possess enough slogans, nor that you do not possess enough wealth, nor that you do not possess enough land. The problem is that you have not turned what you possess into a system of survival. You left food to the other, medicine to the other, technology to the other, weapons to the other, and sometimes decisions to the other, then you grew angry when you discovered that the other could influence your destiny.
You do not need more speeches explaining to you the meaning of dignity; you need factories that make medicine available, farms that preserve seeds, water networks that protect cities, shelters that protect children, universities that produce knowledge, institutions that preserve antiquities, armies that know their primary mission is protecting society rather than draining it, and an economy that can endure when the world closes its doors.
If you want the Arabs to remain after a hundred years, it is not enough to say that they were here. Leave them something that says so. Build, plant, manufacture, document, preserve your antiquities, protect your landmarks, educate your children, own your food and medicine, and protect your land. Because history does not grant a certificate of attendance to whoever asks for it; history gives it to whoever leaves an impact.
If your opponents are betting that you will fight among yourselves until you drain yourselves, do not offer them this gift with your own hands. If there is someone who wants to see the land void of its people, do not make war a means to achieve that. If there is someone who wants to control wealth, do not turn that wealth into a bill to purchase weapons that will destroy it.
Say to yourselves before you say to others: We will not demolish our countries with our hands. We will not make our children fuel for a battle they do not understand. We will not make religion a flag for internal fighting. We will not leave the land without agriculture, nor the sky without civil protection, nor cities without shelters, nor hospitals without medicine, nor memory without relics.
If war must occur, let the first thing you defend be the human being. If the land is worth defending, defend it by building what enables its people to survive on it. If history means anything to you, do not leave to future generations the task of proving that you were here.
Because the most dangerous defeat is not to lose a battle, but to finish the battle possessing not enough to rebuild yourselves. More dangerous than losing land is losing the ability to return to it. More dangerous than the fall of a city is for its building to become impossible. And more dangerous than the death of a generation is for the generation that follows it to be born without memory, identity, or capability to survive.
Only then does the real question arise: What do you want history to write about you after a hundred years? Will it write that you possessed wealth and then squandered it? Or that you possessed land and then left it? Or that you possessed religion and then turned its slogan into fuel for your conflict? Or will it write that, at the moment when the whole world was waiting for your fall, you finally decided to stop destroying yourselves, and to make of the land a homeland, of wealth power, of religion ethics, of history memory, of power protection, and of Allah Akbar (God is the Greatest) a call for life, not a declaration of death?
And the most dangerous question: Go to the Europeans and tell them that you want a war with the Vatican at its heart, and its land as a battlefield! Then you will see how all Europeans can unite, not because they suddenly became peoples without differences, but because you approached a religious and spiritual symbol that represents, for millions of people, a deep part of their memory and identity. Then you will know the meaning of a nation protecting its symbols, and that a religious landmark is not just a stone on the ground, but memory, identity, and belonging.
Look at the colonial states; they do not fight wars on their own lands, but fight them on the lands of others! America fights Russia in Syria or in Libya, but they do not fight each other on their own lands; because their lands belong to their children, in which they leave an infrastructure that secures the future of their offspring; for they know that rebuilding what war destroys requires sacrificing an entire generation to rebuild from scratch, and they do not want their children to bear this burden. They clearly understood the lesson from the First and Second World Wars; therefore, if they wanted to fight, they went to underdeveloped countries and did not fight in their own homes!
So, the Arab's treat their children as if they were bastards or children of adultery; thrown on the roadside without care or attention!
And this war currently raging is merely a game and a scheme to eliminate the entire Islamic identity!
Mecca is being crushed utterly, the Strait of Hormuz is closed, and the Arabian Sea is blockaded, so provisions will not enter that region; your states are already destroyed and shattered, and nothing remains except the demolition and removal of the Kaaba; thus your religion, food, drink, and gas are withheld from you, and the noose is tightened around you until everyone is driven to the end!
This is the miserable future; if you want to eat, all you have to do is normalize relations so they send you lentils! Just as they do with the Palestinians today; as they supply them with lentils, contaminated water, and burial shrouds, then leave them to die of hunger! Are you more precious to God than the people of Palestine, so that what befell them would not befall you?! Gaza was the first line of defense, and what happened to it is the model of what will happen to you.
Watch over the coming months; the work of Arab governments will march you into the depths of hunger, famine, and annihilation! Did not Muhammad tell you that the first of the people to perish are the Arabs, then Persia!
In this Sunni-Shia war, the homes of the Arabs will perish; for destruction is coming to them by weapons and hunger together, as they have no weapons to defend themselves with, nor food to protect them from hunger, so it becomes easy to eliminate them! After the Sunnis are finished off, the Romans will dedicate themselves to striking the Shias; for the conflict between them is eternal, and the Arabs will perish entirely down to the last man!
They are planning from this year up to the next ten years that you will not find a single Arab on the back of this Peninsula! Fathers left no future for their children, and this war is sufficient to end everything and expose this bitter truth!
The Sunni wants to help the Shia in this war; if his position is on the left front and the Shia is on the right front, why did they not unite to strike Israel, which sits between them in the middle?! The army of the former advances from the east and the army of the latter from the west, placing it between the two jaws of a pincer and eliminating it! Why do the Sunni army and the Shia army specifically want to fly to Arab land? Where were they all when Palestine was being bombarded and annihilated? Why are these two armies mobilizing their forces to strike a Muslim army?!
It has reached us that you were silent and kept quiet on the day the Holy Land was being annihilated, its people slaughtered, and its sanctities violated and desecrated; and it has reached us that today you have allied and grouped together to strike an Arab state, and that you raise your throats with Takbeer (crying Allah Akbar) for a Muslim to kill his brother!
Have you ever heard of a Jew shouting to the "False Messiah," his god, only for another Jew to respond to him with the same call, and then butt heads like donkeys butt heads?! They have never done that on any day... but you are the beasts who do that!
